Dr. Starlin Astacio is a licensed professional in Connecticut and New York. The information provided on this Site is for educational and brand informational purposes only.

  • No Client Relationship: Use of this Site, including the contact form or engaging with supervisor-related content, does not establish a clinical therapist-client relationship or a formal supervisory relationship.

  • Clinical Consent: A clinical or supervisory relationship is only established after a formal intake process and the signing of an "Informed Consent for Treatment" or "Supervisory Agreement" via our secure SimplePractice portal.

  • This Site is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

 

Third-Party Portal (SimplePractice)

All scheduling, billing, and telehealth services are conducted through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant third-party platform.

  • While integrated into our Wix Studio site for user experience, your use of the portal is subject to SimplePractice’s own security and data protocols. You can view their commitment to accessibility and support on their Terms of Service page.

  • Astacio Wellness, LLC is not liable for technical failures or data interruptions occurring on the SimplePractice platform.

 

Intellectual Property & AI Restrictions

All branding, design, and original content (including text regarding AAMFT supervision) are the property of Astacio Wellness, LLC.

  • AI Clause: You are strictly prohibited from using the content of this Site to train, fine-tune, or prompt generative AI models or LLMs without a negotiated licensing agreement.

  • You may not "scrape" or redistribute our content for commercial use.

 

Professional Boundaries & Conduct

We maintain a sophisticated and safe environment for all clients. You agree not to:​

  • Use the contact forms for emergencies (if you are in crisis, call 988 or visit the nearest ER).

  • Attempt to bypass site security or harvest user data.

  • Use the Site to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
