Foundations in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Workshop
A 3-day immersive journey into parts, Self, and the foundations of Internal Family Systems.
This workshop is designed for anyone interested in deepening their personal and professional growth through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Across three days, participants will gain both conceptual knowledge and experiential practice in the foundations of IFS.

Learning Objectives
-
IFS Basics
Build a strong understanding of the core principles of IFS, including parts work, protective systems, and the healing role of Self.
-
Working with Parts
Learn how to identify, map, and compassionately engage with parts of the inner system, both in yourself and in others.
-
The Self Connection
Explore the central concept of Self—our innate source of clarity, compassion, and calm—and practice guiding yourself and clients into deeper Self-leadership.
-
Practical Application
Gain a toolkit of accessible interventions and techniques that you can apply immediately in clinical practice, coaching, or personal healing.
What to expect
Through a combination of teaching, guided exercises, demonstrations, and group discussions, you’ll leave with a grounded, working knowledge of IFS and confidence in applying its practices in your own context.
Over the three days, the workshop balances conceptual learning with experiential practice, allowing participants to not only understand the IFS model intellectually, but to feel it in action. You’ll have opportunities to engage with your own parts, observe live demonstrations, and practice core skills in a supportive, paced environment.
The atmosphere is intentional, reflective, and collaborative. Time is built in for integration, questions, and discussion, so learning feels embodied rather than rushed. Whether you are new to IFS or looking to strengthen your foundation, the focus is on clarity, accessibility, and practical application.
Participants leave with a clearer understanding of parts, Self-leadership, and how to begin working with IFS in ways that feel ethical, grounded, and sustainable—both personally and professionally.
